Quality Control

All optoSiC GmbH products are quality controlled at four separate stages:

1. Post-sintering piece aspect ratio tolerance and checking for microcracks

Quality Control passed pieces are then ID marked with product type and serial numbering.

2. Post-polishing metrology and interferometry

3. Post-coating interferometry check

4. Post-coating transmission, environmental, abrasion and adhesion tests

All OEM product Quality Control data is provided to the customer.

Standard product Quality Control is available on request.
