optoSiC GmbH manufactures standard Generic ‘one-size-fits-all’ XY laser galvo scanning mirrors at 10, 15, 20 and 30mm apertures for single pair consumption with a range of reflective coatings.

We also manufacture customer-specific OEM products within a single piece size of 680 x 300 x 50mm or ø300mm. These include ultra-high dynamic, low inertia scanning mirrors for laser processing, streak cameras, LIDAR, security, sensing and targeting applications, where the enhanced flexural strength, homogeneity, high resonant frequencies, ultra-low inertia, optical surface quality and realistic price to produce the optoSiC+ material are key.

We also manufacture structural parts and cooling components from the optoSiC+ material.
